Our Shipping Policy:
RC-Bearings.com is a small, two-person operation. We do this as a service to the hobby. We pledge to try to get orders out within 48 hours or quicker. If your order is very urgent, please let me know and I will try to expidite it for you.
If a bearing you order is not in stock, we will normally notify you through the email address you provided when you signed up by changing your order status. We will give you our best estimate of when we expect to receive stock. Occasionally, shipments from our suppliers get held in customs and can be delayed by two weeks or more. Please understand that we have no control over this. When possible, we will offer alternative bearings free of charge to use until your order can be shipped.
Most domestic USA shipments will be made by First Class or USPS Priority Mail with Delivery Confirmation. On some rare occasions we may use other shipping providers and we will notify you of this change.
Most international shipping will be by USPS First Class Airmail Package. This method does not allow tracking but is usually very reliable. I do have the ability to ship internationally by USPS Express Mail Service (EMS) which is traceable in most countries but the minimum cost for this is $27.00.
For the following shipping restrictions, thank PayPal, the Italian and
Spanish Post, and a few customers in those areas who do not follow instructions.
1. Because of delivery problems encountered in certain countries, EMS is the ONLY shipping method for those countries. Currently, those countries are Spain, Italy, Argentina, Chile and Brazil. If you live in one of these countries, make sure you select Express Mail for your shipping method. If you select a different method, your order will be deleted and your money refunded.
2. Paypal payment will only be available to countries that we have not had delivery problems with. Since Paypal requires us to either use tracked shipments or pay out for non-receipt claims, we decided to self-insure these shipments rather than charging all Paypal users for EMS shipping. We hope you understand that this is driven by Paypal and not what we want to do. Credit card payments will not be subject to these extra charges.
Our Returns Policy:
If we sent you the wrong bearing (Not what you ordered), we will replace it. If we decide we want it back, we will compansate you to your satisfaction. If you ordered the wrong bearings, we expect you to return it to us for replacement with the correct bearings. In other words, if you are unsure about the correct bearings to order, either email us or measure your old bearings and compare the sizes with what you intend to order. All of our bearing sizes are listed under Single Bearings.
We will accept returns of unused items in the same condition as shipped to you. You must bear the cost of returning them and we will refund the item cost only. Items that look like they have been used or attempted to be installed will not be accepted. |
